Cheese of the Week: Limoncino Blue Cheese
This lovely blue cheese comes to us as we approach Fall and the Thanksgiving holidays. Perfect with dessert and a sip of chilled Limoncello. Limoncino Blue is almost as creamy as a lemon cheesecake! If you want to be cheeky, spoon some graham cracker crumbs onto your cheese plate and serve a slice of this over it with a drizzle of lemon glaze.
